What is Mobile
Phone Unlocking all about?
Every mobile phone has a unique
IMEI number. You can obtain this number by keying
in *#60#. Using the method described in these
pages, you submit these details to us with a
payment. We return to you the instructions and
a code so that you can unlock your mobile from
the network.
What payment
methods do we accept?
You can pay using PayPal a fast
easy payment systems that allow's you fast mobile
phone unlocking. We also accept Nochex and personal
cheque or Bankers Draft.

We unlock most NOKIA Panasonic - Samsung (live
Samsung service) - Siemens - LG - Alcatel - SONY and Vitel mobile
phones
Why do I want
to unlock my Mobile Phone?
We believe that you should have
the right to use your pay as you go phone on
any network you choose. We do not believe that
you should not be allowed to insert another sim
card into your phone and be locked out by your
original service provider. Also if ever you want
to sell your phone its value will be increased
if it is network unlocked.
How does the
system work?
The system is easy. You fill out
the form and make your payment. The information
given is sent to us via email. We then use your
information and process the code. This will give
us an unlocking code for your phone. We will
then email you back with the unlock code and
instructions how to use it. You follow the instructions
and your phone will be unlocked to use on any
network
How Long
will it take to process my code?
This is not an automated service.
We will normally return your unlocking code as
soon as your email is opened. This can take between
5 minutes and 24 hours. The service has average
turnaround times of 2 hours, however this may
vary when workloads are high.
Am I allowed
to unlock my Mobile Phone?
Mobile Phone Unlocking is not illegal,
however if you purchased your phone a a reduced
cost with an airtime deal you maybe in breach
of the terms and conditions of the sale of the
handset. Mobilekeys will not be held liable for
any consequences related to any breach of contract
or terms and conditions by the use of our services.
What Mobile phones
cannot be unlocked?
We cannot unlock a mobile phone
that has been locked due to being stolen or lost,
has been unlocked before. Therefore if you cannot
verify the history of the mobile phone then we
cannot guarantee that our service will work.
A refund may require you to send your phone to
us for status verification. Please note that
it is illegal to change a mobile phones IMEI
code so don't ask.
Samsung Mobile
Phones
Some samsung mobile phones are
double locked, There is no way of telling if
a Samsung mobile is double locked until you try
to remotely unlock it. If a your Samsung mobile
is double locked then the only way of unlocking
it is with a cable method. If you are not sure
if you Samsung is double locked then we would
advise customers not to use this service as refunds
cannot be given.
What
precautions should I take before unlocking my
mobile phone?
You should back up your phone data
as your handset may by returned to factory settings.
Also ringtones may also be lost. MobileKeys does
not accept any responsibility for any loss or
damage caused to your mobile due to the use of
our unlocking service
